You can easily get there on the Heathrow Hoppa Bus H1 right outside Terminals 1, 3, 4 and 5.
I have usually paid between 60 - 70 pounds sterling, which I think is reasonably priced. The rooms are fair size by UK standards. You can get either one double bed or two double beds. The rooms with two double beds can easily accommodate four persons. I found the beds to be very fluffy and comfortable.
